How we match?

We make sure they play someone at their level:

  • Age band — U10, U12, U14 so opponents are developmentally similar.
  • Playing level — we match by ability (UTR when available) so games are fair and fun.
  • Avoid repeats — we try not to pair the same two players every week.

Frequently asked questions

Who sees my child's information?

Only the parent or guardian of the child your kid is matched with for that week. We don't show profiles to the public or let other users browse all players. See our Privacy Policy and Child Safety pages for more.

How does matching work?

Each term you say which weeks you're available. We run a draw that pairs players by age band (U10–U14) and level so matchups stay fair. We aim to give everyone a suitable opponent and avoid repeating the same matchup every week when we can.

What if I need to cancel?

We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Let us and the other parent know as soon as you can. If you give notice, we can often re-draw or credit the week. See the term details when you sign up and our Terms for the full policy.

Who books the court?

We work with venues to secure courts and times—you don't book the court. Court and time are set each term so you just show up for your weekday match.

How much does it cost? Is this a beta?

Pricing is set per term and shown when you join. We may run as a beta in some areas—meaning we're still refining the experience and may offer early pricing or feedback requests. You'll see the current offer on the sign-up or term page.

What if there's no match for my child one week?

We do our best to find a match every week. If we can't (e.g. odd number of players, no one in the same band), we'll let you know and typically roll your credit to the next term or week as per the program rules.
